RF Events is known for fun themes and wild events but behind the fun and hype, expect a safe, well run race. You work hard to get to the starting line and we understand your commitment and want you to know our commitment to you is just as serious. Thank you for putting your faith in our event; you are one far out groovy freak!
Race Registration: Race registration and packet pickup will begin at noon on Friday at Hell Creek Ranch ( and race morning Saturday from 5AM – 5:30 AM.
10 hour time limit! You can take a nap during the race!

**Entry into any of the *paid* Saturday Races gets you FREE entry into the 3 optional organized runs of the weekend. If not in a paid race, participants will need to purchase a Weekend Pass to participate.
Course: The course is on a mixture of single track, rail trail & horse trail. You will cross gravel roads in all events (except the evening races); there will be no traffic control, use good judgment. The Start/Finish line is located at Hell Creek Ranch, in Pinckney, MI.
The Half is a single loop; the Marathon is 2 loops. Signage will direct you in your specific event.
Awards: Peace Sign Medals to all finishers! Age group awards 5 deep in 5 year age groups. Very cool award for overall male/female.

Accommodations/Food/Airport: Motel listing, location, and phone numbers are shown on the general information page. The park is about an hour drive from Detroit Metro Airport. Renting a car is your best bet to get around.
Sunrise/set: Sunrise – 7:09 AM — Sunset – 7:54 PM; (civil twilight adds about 1⁄2 hour before & after those times.)
